The Global Investor Roadshow

03Order of Business

Annual General Meeting of the Pit

Every engagement follows the agenda below, adopted by the Board and notarized in blood-red ink. Deviations require a two-thirds supermajority of the front row.

I

Item I

Call to Order

Doors open. The Chairman gavels the meeting to order at 120 decibels. Proxy votes will not be accepted; holders of record are expected to mosh in person.

19:00 SHARP

II

Item II

Approval of Prior Minutes

The minutes of the previous engagement are read aloud, found insufficiently brutal, and stricken from the record by unanimous scream.

19:30

III

Item III

Presentation of the Portfolio

Management performs the complete holdings at a tempo consistent with quarterly earnings panic. A question-and-answer session will not be held. There are no questions.

20:15

IV

Item IV

Restructuring of the Boardroom

A fully furnished boardroom is assembled on stage and right-sized with sledgehammers. The conference table, eleven ergonomic chairs, and a 96-slide deck are written down to zero before your eyes.

21:10

V

Item V

Special Dividend

Money cannons discharge a one-time, non-recurring distribution of currency directly into the crowd. This dividend is fully taxable. Consult your advisor.

21:25

VI

Item VI

Execution of Binding Agreements

Mr. Blackstone concludes the final chorus by screaming “Sign here!” and throwing non-disclosure agreements into the pit. Catching one constitutes acceptance of all terms.

21:40

VII

Item VII

Adjournment

A motion to adjourn is entertained and denied. The meeting continues until the venue’s insurer intervenes.
