05.2 — Distribution & Fulfillment
Fulfillment Counterparty Under Exclusivity
The Firm has entered a letter of intent with a print-on-demand fulfillment counterparty. Until the transaction closes, the register remains sealed and all “Acquire” actions constitute non-binding indications of interest, which the Firm will read aloud at the holiday party.
Checkout pending regulatory approval (Printful integration). Expected close: FY2026, subject to diligence, financing, and the drummer’s availability.
